{"id":2213,"date":"2015-10-05T16:56:59","date_gmt":"2015-10-05T15:56:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/consult.taga.net\/?p=2213"},"modified":"2017-11-22T17:24:30","modified_gmt":"2017-11-22T16:24:30","slug":"idilia-foods-neix-pla-estrategic-sistemic-humanista","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/consult.taga.net\/es\/idilia-foods-neix-pla-estrategic-sistemic-humanista\/","title":{"rendered":"Idilia Foods nace con un plan estrat\u00e9gico sist\u00e9mico y humanista"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Este lunes 5 de Octubre de 2015, la divisi\u00f3n de marketing del grupo multinacional Idilia Foods ha participado, junto al director general y el director de recursos humanos, en el taller de cierre del primer ciclo de un programa dise\u00f1ado ad hoc\u00a0por\u00a0TAGA Creativa \u2013 Pinea3 Living Organizations, bajo la direcci\u00f3n de Xavier Tarr\u00e9, con el objetivo de atender con el m\u00e1ximo rigor la singularidad de un caso como este.<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de un proceso de acompa\u00f1amiento espec\u00edfico a la alta direcci\u00f3n del grupo, se pusieron de manifiesto distintas necesidades organizativas que surgen de la divisi\u00f3n de Nutrexpa en dos grupos empresariales y, como consecuencia de ello, del nacimiento, en Enero de 2015, de Idilia Foods. La nueva compa\u00f1\u00eda, fundada sobre los fundamentos que la empresa madre le ha proporcionado, afronta en estos momentos el reto y la oportunidad de repensarse interna y externamente.<\/p>\n<p>Idilia Foods\u00a0es una organizaci\u00f3n\u00a0de alcance internacional\u00a0propietaria entre otras, de marcas como Nocilla o ColaCao.
