Joan is an international consultant and facilitator in Organisational Development. He is specialized in High Performance Teams and Business Strategy for public and private Senior Management teams.

–

He understands underlying organizational dynamics and is able to generate rapid improvement responses. His ability is due to his wide experience in management positions in over 12 different organisations ( such as Acció- Copca, Dinamic, Cecot, Oficina Comercial Española – Embajada, Banca Catalana and Baker&McKenzie) and in a number of international consultancies. He has lived and worked in Spain, the US, Egypt and Germany.

With his profound theoretical and methodological knowledge he has created the Appreciative Collaboration methodology® , he is co-creator of the Energetic Organizational System, co-founder of Pinea3 Living Organisations, partner at TAGA Creativa and co-director of the ODMT Leadership Programme with the Universitat Central de Catalunya.

Joan is currently researching cooperating with teams and departments and has published extensively on leadership and management.

He graduated in Law (UAB), studied Economics (UNED), Marketing (NYU-USA) and Business Strategy (Cornell University – USA). He completed a Master’s Degree in PNL and Coaching as well as other training courses in systemic and humanistic methodologies for human resource transformation.

He is married and has three children.
