Co-Director

Xavier Tarré is founder and Co-Director of TAGA, a Company specialized in the development of Leadership, Strategy and Cultural Change Management, based in Barcelona and Medellin. He is also co-founder and partner of Pinea3 Living Organizations, a centre for the development and promotion of organizations from a systematic and humanistic approach.

Xavier has lived and worked in Asia, Europe and the Americas for over 25 years. He has passionately dedicated his working career to the transformation of a wide array of corporations, SMEs, family-run businesses and public sector organizations.

Xavier graduated in industrial engineering (UPC), studied strategic marketing (ESADE) and Sustainability (WWF) and has consistently continued his professional training with world experts in a wide range of subject matters for the transformation of businesses, and for executive and personal coaching.

He is the author of a number of books, including: TEAM BEAT (2010), ENERGÍA ORGANIZACIONAL (2012) and EL CORAZÓN DE LA MATRIOSKA (2014). He regularly lectures and collaborates with a number of universities and business schools both in Europe and Latin America.

Xavier currently lives near Barcelona, he loves nature and sports and is happily married and has two grown up children.
